STAFF MEETING – EVENTS RE-IMAGINED AND STRATEGY PLANNING FOR 2023

Eka Infra has successfully completed its 4th Anniversary and had organised staff meeting and lunch to commemorate the occasion. The meeting was arranged to celebrate our togetherness, team spirit and to reimagine the past year events and strategically plan for 2023.

The staff meeting was chaired by the MD and the highlights of the daylong session, centred on showcasing the progress and success relating to HSE, Administration, Human Resource, Sales and Marketing, Projects and thereafter a discussion on strategic plans for 2023 and Beyond, Business Outlook etc. There were contributions from the HSE Manager as well as Management Representative on aspects relating to HSE and Quality Management System respectively.

As of this event, Eka Infra conducted a refresher induction training for all the employees, pertaining to company’s profile, its vision, mission, objectives, commitment towards HSE Policies and its guidelines, HR & IT norms and an introductory session on Quality Management System.

The day spent well with a lot of fun and cherishable moments. “Coming together is a Beginning, Staying together is Progress and Working together is Success”.
